CHN Fortune Spirit Sdn. Bhd. was established in year 2020 under Malaysia Companies Act 2016 (ACT 777), registration no. : 20181029994 (1292020-H). The company is the first private limited company in Malaysia whose principal business activity is off-shore management services. The initially Company share capital is RM5 million, total assets management of RM16.40 million and net current assets of RM 11.40 million, with the assets storage of china distilled spirits as company’s capital base (based on acquisition time cost).
Since the establishment of the company, the management team has continued to explore the company’s future development during this complex macroeconomic situation. After several marketing researches, the company decided to invest in the storage hub for distilled spirit as the core asset of the company which is located in the Chinese Liquor “Golden Triangle” area, China Mainland by creating a new standard for “offshore asset” management as company origin.
